  Charlie has done a great job doing a wide range of work including new oak flooring, fitting a kitchen, internal bi food doors, architrave and skirting. He gave a prompt quote, was easy to contact and communicate with, work was of high standard and took issues (like delays to kitchen delivery) in his stride. We have renovated a couple of houses and can say that Charlie is the best tradesman we have come across -I can’t recommend Rich and sons highly enough

  Charlie and his partner did an amazing job at completely refurbishing my kitchen. They took care of everything from start to finish (including removal, installation of new kitchen, electrics, plumbing and tiling) and all works were completed to a very high standard. I found them professional, reliable, fast and accommodating. I had several quotes and theirs seemed quite reasonable. I've heard stories from friends that having this type of work done can be quite stressful but for me it was an absolute breeze. Am really enjoying my new kitchen. Thanks guys! Highly recommended!

• Kitchen and floor fitting

  We couldn’t recommend Charlie highly enough. We moved into a 4 bed Victorian house 6 months ago that needed extensive work. Charlie has managed many projects, such as fitting a brand new kitchen, installing flooring and all skirting boards, and overseeing plastering work throughout the house. We found Charlie to be highly skilled and completed all work to an excellent standard, as well as to the originally agreed budget. He has been fantastic with communication, responsive and reliable at all times. His hard-working, friendly and respectful manner has made a stressful time so much easier!
