Very pleased with the finished project and the standard of workmanship of the fitters who left the conservatory very clean and tidy on completion.

  Richard Thomas undertook the project of replacing all our windows and our front door. The experience was exemplary right from the beginning consultation to the execution of the work. We were kept informed and up-to-date at all times and it was all completed very punctually. I'm a perfectionist and could not find a fault so I'm happy to say I would recommend to all including friends and family.

• Conservatory Roof Replaced

  The guys arrived on time - I was fully expecting them to postpone because the wind was gale force - they immediately got on with it They didn’t seem to stop for lunch and worked through. Day One: was amazing! Waterproof sheeting put down on floor and covered with wooden boards. They obviously have a great work ethic and before we knew it the new roof was on and they’d tidied up explaining the finishing off Day Two was good too - they worked with lots of tea. All finished up and the conservatory and garden were left very tidy, as if they’d never been. 10/10 and 5 Stars. Highly recommended.

  We are extremely impressed with the entire Richard Thomas team. From the owner Ben who originally visited to design and quote the works to the project manager Kevin the entire team were courteous, pleasant to deal with and very skilled in each of their roles/trades. We had heard that this company could be trusted and we have found this to most certainly be the case. We also have a 15 year guarantee compared to all others that only offered us 10 years! Thank you Ben, Kevin and your staff for an excellent service.
