    Spoke on Friday - arranged for him to quote on Tuesday at 6:00 PM. Waited in - 6:30 not arrived and hadn't 'phoned or texted. Rang him - said he'd been busy and only just finished 'work'. He had another quote to do at 6:30, which I presume is where he was on his way to, and said he could call another day. Appreciate things don't always go to plan - but he knew he wasn't going to make it and it's just basic good manners to let people know you're not coming. Could have rung before he set off for his 6:30.
