  Our roof was leaking. Luckily we contacted RRC who have diagnosed, repaired and replaced our roof. They discussed every stage with us, were punctual and very tidy and courteous. On the final day they cleaned all the fascias, doors and windows.

  We had a leak in our slate roof seeminly fom beneath the solar thermal panels. Tom Probert from Rightway roofers turned up after being called within a day or two and assessed the situation quickly and accurately. Once a specialist firm had replaced the panels and the broken slates beneth them Rightway Roofers returned promptly to tidy up some damaged slates on other parts of the rood . They did so efficiently and quickly. I will ask them back to sort any further problems on the roof without hesitation. They were reliabe and knowledgeable.

  I have had three jobs done by RRC over the last couple of months. First was a seeping chimney creating a damp patch on the internal chimney brickwork. Second was a refurbishment of the ridges and hips of the house and third a cleaning of all the tiles and removal of moss with treatment to prevent further moss growth and finally a cleaning of the guttering downpipes and soffits. RRC are very competitively priced, they are administratively very efficient and communicate very well. Their work was carried out in an efficient manner (weather permitting) and to a very high standard. Highly recommend

  We selected Rightway Roofers because they were very understanding of the repair requirements of our older house. Their workmanship and work ethic was first class and they did a great job for us. Tom and the team took the time and trouble to explain their approach to fixing the problems and giving us options. The work was completed very efficiently and everything was cleared up and removed from site at the end of the 5-day work. Thanks Tom and the team for the excellent service, particularly in such cold weather.

• Fixing a leak

  Tom was very prompt in providing a quote for a leak in my mum’s roof. Tom kept me informed during the job as I wasn’t on site, and even sent me a video of his findings. He also let me know he’d locked up and sent photos of the completed job when all was complete. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. Thanks Tom!
