    Rio was great! He was able fit us in as soon as he was available as it was a somewhat urgent job. As piping was left exposed from a job done by someone else. Rio and his team did the best they could to fill the gaps. Working with what they had finding the best solution for us given the circumstance. Very polite and respectful as well! Would recommend and use again (and from the start lol)

    Rio is the best tiler that I've ever used. He is not only quick, but the quality of his work is exceptional. One of the ways to tell if a tiler knows their stuff is the materials they work with, the equipment they use but also the way they plan out the work and what the best cuts are so that the finished effect looks good. Rio is a master of his trade and a thoroughly nice person.I will definitely be using him again.

    Rio responded to my job on the same day. I received a quote the next day. Throughout the job I was kept fully updated with regular photos and calls. We encountered a problem due to a leak. Rio explained the situation and sent a quote for the additional work while he was on the site. Amazingly he got 2 extra men there to rectify the problem. The job was completed in good time and I would highly recommend Rio and his team.

    Rio did a fantastic job tiling all three of my bathrooms and tiling my patio in my garden. I honestly couldn’t have wished for a better tradesman. He was very professional from the beginning to the end. Aside from his great quality of work, Rio was exceptionally polite, friendly, helpful, punctual and left no mess whatsoever.     I've refurbished a number of properties over the years and worked with many a tradesman. Rio and his team are some of the best. Highly skilled, professional, with a work ethic that is second to none. It's very difficult to find people who take great pride in their work. I believe this is reflected in how busy Rio's schedule is, I was happy to wait 2 months to get Rio and his team back to tile the last of my bathrooms. Would highly recommend and definitely use again for any tiling jobs in the future.
