  Excellent job. Ryan investigated the problem and found a damaged heater coil. As he had one in his van he was able to replace it, reassemble and test it, changing the bulb at the same time. Everything sorted in about an hour, only charged his trade price for the part (retail was over twice as much). So, not only a superstar, fixing everything quickly, but excellent value too. Highly recommended.
