Hot water for shower was going from hot to cold constantly
10Verified ReviewI recently contacted Richie as my shower was struggling to deliver hot water constantly. I explained the problem and was asked to do some in the moment testing, to help him understand what this issue might be. This took a good 20mins of turn taps on, checking the boiler, turning the shower on etc.. the outcome and highly likely issue is that I may need a new domestic. heat exchanger. As it happens, my boiler is due a service in the next few weeks, so Richie suggesting asking then for an opinion and then to come back. All super helpful and very knowledgeable. Would recommend.

10Verified ReviewRichard arrived promptly and fitted the new radiator as requested. He explained the design which maximised convection and was a big improvement on the old radiator. He was extremely thorough and, after fitting the radiator, checked and bled all the other radiators. He then topped up the boiler to ensure the whole system worked perfectly. Richard has a very friendly manner and is happy to explain how everything works.
