Electrical and central heating problems

Richard delivers. When we moved here Ben checked all the electrics, changed bathroom lights, added outside sensor lights. Quiet and knowledgeable, his work was impeccable. I loved him. A few years on I found at the end of cold Friday, we had no lights no heat no frig. I called Richard, and in half an hour two young men arrived, identified and fixed the problem and went on their way. Later when I asked for a plumber for heating issues still unresolved after the freeze he sent David who did everything in no time and charged a fraction of what I’d been charged before.

Richard confirmed the estimate, sourced all the materials, kept in constant contact via email regarding delivery of materials and possible dates of fitting. Arrived slightly before the agreed start time. Completed the replacement as agreed and additionally replaced 2 pendant lights with down lighters as requested in the estimate. Cleared up the dust etc. And took all unwanted packaging away.
