• Fixing leak on side return extension

  Reuben diagnosed the root of the leak and explained clearly and with pictures that it was coming from the pointing between the coping stones. He sent me a quote on the day and was responsive to schedule a time. His team was punctual and did a good job. Looking forward to a dry kitchen wall!

  Whole process from initial phone call to the job end was very efficient. Reuben was very professional and pleasant and actually got up on the roof to examine it, which other roofers hadn't, to assess the work needed. The estimate was sent through before the end of the day. Upon arrival, his team immediately got to work and were very careful not to knock anything when carrying bulky materials required for the job through to the rear of the house. Any conversation between them was totally work related and was completed very quickly.

• Removed redundant Chimney Stack + tiling and valley repairs

  Chimney removal. Tall tower erected and bricks/flanching removed carefully by bucket taking care not to damage stone paving below. Support woodwork was installed and matching tiles neatly fitted. Further necessary roof repairs were observed. Following agreement to a reasonable further payment a) roof valley was cleared of mould and cement fillets were replaced. B) 27 loose capping/ridge tiles were removed and recemented. Shots of work were supplied since invisible from our windows. Foreman and two roofers were hard working, polite and considerate throughout. We're happy to recommend RM.

  The process prior to the work was very straightforward and professional, with prompt responses. Both employees who did the work were prompt, very personable, explained what they would do and then showed photos of what they had found and the work carried out. Explained what further work may be needed but without any hard sell. Would recommend

• Replaced slipped roof tiles to stop leak.

  Replace slipped tiles to stop leak into room below. We are unsure if it worked but are hopeful. RM Roofing were on time and called. He offered to do the work there and then and complete the job so we didn’t need to reschedule another visit. Thank you. He also highlighted the bigger issues that we are now working through as a collective to decide the way forward. It felt like he appreciated the complexity of three owners and one roof.
