  We recently moved in and one of the rooms was in dire needing of having the carpet replaced in one room. Granit was super helpful in recommending options, explaining what might work and what wouldn't, taking the time to help me understand my options before giving an all inclusive quote. The team then came over multiple days, ripped out the old carpet, and put down lovely herringbone flooring (over a subfloor of plywood as well). Would recommend to others.

  ROI flooring were great. They were prompt with visiting my property to provide a reasonable quote and gave invaluable advice about the flooring. I had some issues with a company that delivered floor that was substandard. Granit was proactive in contacting the company to try to sort things out. The fitters were also excellent and courteous. I am really pleased with the finish and will be using this company again to fit flooring in other rooms in my house. Really pleased

  From the moment I met Granit I felt absolutely comfortable handing over my keys and leaving him alone in my house. He came for a site check first and made sure that I understood everything that was going on and what he was going to do. I would not hesitate to recommend ROI flooring, Granit went out of his way to ensure that I was happy with everything, even to the point of returning one evening to change a small area that I was not sure about.   Granit and his team did incredibly well. We had solid herringbone wooden flooring installed. They did an incredible job at levelling our existing concrete flooring (which was in super had shape). The finish and quality of their work was impeccable and their entire team was so sweet and courteous. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for help with flooring works!

  Fantastic service by Granit and his boys. Hard working, friendly and flexible. Super responsive on WhatsApp to help with choosing the flooring, insulation and skirting. Agreed a start date, time for completion and costing and everything was done to plan. Good quality of workmanship and Granit came back the following day to install extra door trimmings to really make the finish perfect. Would highly recommend
