  Visited our school to fix a leak on a flat roof. 1st visit provided a patch then they revisited within the week to complete a full repair of the roof and the leak is fixed !

  The team came to assess the job and gave reasonable quote. They came on the day (07/03/24) to complete the job and were courteous and cleaned the area after themselves. 3 weeks later I discovered that the leak is still present and contacted them to inform them of the issue and discuss how it will be rectified. We agreed that they will come again the week after to sort out the problem. They did not turned up or called and were ignoring my texts for the next two weeks. Finally, I managed to get in touch and we agreed the job to be done today, but they have not come nor are answering my texts.

• Re roof 100 year old slated property.

  We were recommended Phil from Roofology building services. We rang them, and they came out the same day agreed the work and gave us a price. Two weeks later we were completely reroofed, at the quoted price. What stands out? Wouldn’t put any new slates on the front elevation, hide them on the back. Site kept tidy, even window ledges etc swept off Really nice guys on site. Attention to detail, on all aspects. Keep us weather tight each night. Lost one day due to sickness, very apologetic, but well ahead by then. Made a point of showing us bits before covering them. Good communication.

  Phil and his team were brilliant from day 1. He provided a reasonable quote for the work involved and they really went above and beyond. Phil, Will and Reuben turned up between 0830-0900 and didn’t leave until at least 1600. They worked extremely hard everyday and the quality of work was exceptional. All 3 were very polite and courteous and they made sure to leave everything tidy throughout. They were always reliable and had a very good eye for detail. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this team and will definitely use them again in the future. All I can say is a huge thank you!
