I am so eternally and wholeheartedly grateful to him for the fantastic independent advice, support, and assistance that he has provided. He is so awesome, and he is such a genuinely fabulous, honest, and wonderful surveyor, that I have no hesitation whatsoever, with instructing Craig to carry out regular/annual roof surveys for me.   Craig was very clear in his communication leading up to the roof inspection, laying out options and being transparent about the pros/cons, as well as sharing a sample report so I could see what the finished output would look like. This gave a clear understanding of what to expect, including around the level of depth/detail. On the day, he was super professional, clear and courteous in his approach, and provided good advice for next steps (and went above and beyond when a small problem was discovered). I'd definitely recommend him, and would use him again for our annual roof inspection.

  The company carried out a roof survey on the property I am purchasing. They finished and sent sent over the report promptly. The report set out clearly the condition of the roof, with good quality photographs, as well as setting out clear recommendations for future repair work needed / likely to be needed. All round good service and very helpful for us in understanding the property we are purchasing.
