Her report was very informative and it stated the construction detail, defects and fixtures. This was a level 2 building survey. Venesha even pointed out the major defects found at the inspection was mould in the bathroom. She was prompt in correction any parts of report. I would definitely recommend her to anyone else that is looking to carry out a building survey and her price is very budget friendly.
