  This was a considerable undertaking made less stressful due to the expertise & experience of RS1 Construction. From the start RS1 (Robert) helped us to navigate each step, setting out what to expect, how the build would be approached and listening our points & providing answers to all our questions. The standard & quality of the work is outstanding & we are delighted with the result. RS1 has built us our dream extension & the impact is considerable on our lives. Huge thanks to RS1 for all their hard work, making the process easy from start to finish. Would recommend RS1 without hesitation!

• Turning closed kitchen into open living room and kitchen

  Robert was excellent. He removed our old kitchen, removed an internal wall between the kitchen and living room and installed a new kitchen. Despite issues with the kitchen delivery he was flexible, worked hard and did an excellent job - the space has been transformed. He is also very easy to work with, reliable and friendly, which makes such a difference when getting work done. Highly recommend.

  Helped complete a full house renovation after we had issues with our previous builder. He corrected poor workmanship and completed unfinished works. Robert is a diligent builder with an excellent work ethic. The people he works with all provided an excellent job plumber/gas, electrician and plasterers. He worked alongside us providing constant updates and we only paid as and when the work was completed outwith material costs. Absolutely would work with him again and look to have him complete some projects for us in the future.

  Roberts service was exceptional from the initial contact to completion of the work. He was quick to get in touch and come out to our house to provide a quote. He gave a fair price and was friendly and approachable throught. He carried out the work in good time and did a really good job. We where having difficulty getting other tradesmen to come out and provide quotes and he was good enough to reach out to his contacts who quickly got in touch with us, including electrician and plasterer. I would definitely recommend Robert and would be happy to use him again.
