The work was undertaken within weeks of the quote, and completed when and as planned. The team were very helpful and polite and house and garden left tidy at the end. The team took photos of the work, and also drew a sketch to show me how the flat roof fits in the overall pitched areas. We recommend them without reservation.

• Mending gutters and leaks with our roof.

  We had broken gutters and leaks in our roof with water coming through the ceiling in a bedroom and bathroom. After other companies failed to fix the problem, RS and sons were really good and took videos of the problems so we could see they were telling the truth. They carried out the work exactly when and how they said they would and charged us exactly what the quote had been. I throughly recommend them.

  The first part of the work (to avoid a potential emergency with rain leakage) was done impressively quickly, but there was then a long delay in completing the rest of the job. I think that the quality of the work was good but it was quite expensive.
