    Came to look at the job, agreed a price. Said he would come back the following week. He then texted me to say his bank account had been hacked so he couldn’t come. Said he would do it the following week, I rang him and he said he would get the job done before my decorator started on the 9th April 24. I never heard anything else from him. Waste of my time.
