The company sent me the hourly call out rates and terms and conditions before I agreed to the job. I was very pleased with the work and would recommend the company to others.

9.25Verified ReviewFound RSM after a friends recommendation. Glad we did, they have undertaken all our plumbing work in the 3 years we have lived in S20. The work is always completed to highest standard. Fitted a full bathroom, changed radiators, serviced the boiler and fixed leaks. I’m always happy to leave them with the house keys knowing they’ll do a great job and respect our property and secure it when their finished.

10Verified ReviewI was in urgent need of a plumber. My toilet flush had broken and it was leaking from the cistern. I messaged Rob Tuesday evening and he replied straight away checking if we had a second toilet to use. I sent photos of my existing toilet for him to see the type etc. One of his guys supplied and fitted a new toilet and cistern on Thursday morning. He was on time, neat and tidy and kept me in the loop. I can't recommend enough! Thanks guys!
