  Ross and the team were excellent from start to finish - super responsive, fast to quote and then to schedule the work after accepting the quotation (which was ideal for a leaking roof!). The work was exceptional and amazing value for money; looks perfect and the guys were really respectful of the property, tidy and friendly. I can't recommend RSM Roofing highly enough.

• Complete re-felt of 1970's tiled roof

  Ross and his men were polite, efficient, flexible and the work was quality. The team completely removed all of the roof tiles, the old bituminised felt and old battens, replaced put on all of the new breathable membrane, new battens and replaced half the tiles in the first day so that the roof was weather proof by the end of the first day. The second day, a smaller crew finished off. We've already booked them for another job at a relative's house.

  Ross and his guys make a great team came promptly to look at the job and gave us a good price to fit a fry wall system on a damp gable wall - came to do the job earlier than expected which was great , took them a few days to complete the work, left the area tidy.

  Ross and his team are absolutely fantastic and we cannot speak highly enough of them! We were in a position of having a roof leak, condensation and ventilation issues. Ross, managed to get out to us despite awful weather, and a lot of jobs waiting. All the lads have been extremely friendly, professional, reliable and knowledgeable. The works carried out have been of exceptional standard; and nothing has been too much trouble for Ross and his team. Any works going forward that come under RSM’s remit, we will always use them. You may wait a bit longer for Ross, but it’s worth it!
