  • Removal of Bees

    Charlie arrived within 30 minutes of our telephone discussion to inspect the swarm of bees that had arrived the previous day and had gathered in a bush, and agree on what could be done. However, in the time between the call and arrival, the swarm had flown off so in the end, no further work was done. But Charlie gave a detailed description of what he would have done, how they would have been handled, and where they would have been taken. Excellent service all round (just let down by the bees who flew off before this could be done !!)

  • Squirrels in Attic

    Zak came out the day after our call. He put 3 traps in the attic and also 1 on the fence in the garden. In all, 4 were caught in the attic and 5 in the garden. We know there were at least 5 in the attic although probably not all at the same time. We also had bird proofing put round our solar panels as we were not sure where they we getting in. Zak is a very pleasant young man and left no mess. We would definitely use them again if needed.

    To date, everyone I have been in contact with from RS has been polite, efficient and on time . The job is 'ongoing' but I have been impressed by the competency and knowledge of the technician who attended. Happy to comment further after completion.
