Boiler replacement
9.5Verified ReviewRemoved old boiler and re-sited a new boiler in different part of the house. All the work was done to a high level and all the team that contributed over the two days, were professional, polite hard working and tidy. Would definetly use RTR again.

10Verified ReviewExtremely quick, efficient and courteous service. Sent an email describing the problem (Central Heating stuck on even when controller said it shoudl be off). Got back to me within an hour. Ryan arrived 3 hours after I contacted the company. Quickly diagnosed the problem as a broken 2-port valve motor and replaced it. Whole thing took 1 hour and he was happy to explain to me what he was doing, so I'd have a chance of doing it myself next time. So a bit of education and a fixed system!

The plumber who carried out the work - Anthony- was knowledgeable, prompt, processional and was patient and willing to answer questions from the less knowledgeable home owner. Overall I was extremely pleased.

When we do bathroom conversions, all flooring is replaced and joists strengthened to ensure no grout cracking through movement in floors.
