(As some are very bad.) and without hesitation he was in my loft directing me the best way to go about my new power shower and also possibly housing my new cylinder. - he has also told me some minor issues within my pipe work that would need changing in future. 5* services. We took help from Karl and he visited the same day and diagnosed the problem correctly which required a fan assembly replacement. Karl helped us in ordering the correct part and gave some valuable suggestions in terms of selecting the vendor. Since we were struggling to survive in this freezing cold, Karl was kind enough to visit us as soon as the part arrived. All of the work was of a high standard. I would highly recommend him for any heating or plumbing related work.
