10Verified ReviewRunnals have been very responsive to queries and undertook the work quickly and were very tidy. There was a small issue after installation and Runnals have been very good in resolving.

10I had a leak in my kitchen and Ross efficiently rectified this issue for me. He was on time, he called when he was on his way to give me an ETA. Spoke me through the whole process before starting the work, diagnosed the issue for me and the issue was completed on the same day. Lovely guy, was very reassuring if I had any issues again I could rely on to him to resolve this for me. Thankyou Ross. Couldn’t recommended him enough.

This was an emergency and he assisted me in every way he could to get this work done as soon as possible and was very accommodating with his diary. The property was left in the way it was before he arrived very efficient with cleaning his work space, was polite and respectful through out the whole process. Couldn’t recommend Ross enough.
