• Beautiful floor replacement and refurbishment

  Excellent work was carried out to replace a dining area wooden floor (off the main lounge) and refurbishment of main lounge wooden floor. Ray gave great advice from the start. He made sure the job was done to a high standard, lining up the wood panels between a mezzanine level and main lounge to create a seamless look. He was polite, professional, reliable and a wonderful craftsman. Stunning finish. I highly recommend his work.

• Restoring floorboards with sanding

  We recently had Ray round to restore some original floorboards in our bungalow with sanding / lacquer. The results are above and beyond what I expected and Ray undertook this work in a very professional manner, to a very high quality and it was clear he was very experienced. We had a few quotes initially and chose Ray because he was the most thorough during this process and even offered to help build up and over a concrete area of the floors. The work was quick with minimal dust and he was a good laugh to have around the house for the few days. I would certainly recommend him to anyone.

He was always on time, and demonstrated extremely high levels of craftsmanship and I was left with an amazing experience with my floor installation. Ray gave me great supporting advice while I was making decisions on flooring. I was happy and comfortable having Ray in my home and would hire him again and again for any further work. Overall and absolutely amazing experience which left me with beautiful flooring that I am very happy with.

  Ray is an excellent craftsman and a pleasure to do business with. From our first meeting it was obvious that he understood our requirements and was able to advise and explain clearly what needed to be done. Ray gave us full confidence that he was the right person for the job. Ray started the job on the day he said he would and was always punctual. He was always happy, helpful and obliging whilst doing his work. The finished floors are just what we wanted and we cannot fault Ray in any way. We are really pleased with the whole experience and would certainly recommend Ray.
