    Rob did an excellent job repointing our c. 1860s cottage. He’s clearly very experienced and skilled, and can immediately pinpoint issues. From initial enquiry to completion of the job, Rob has always been extremely professional, punctual, and tidy, and the pointing looks really smart. Aria is really quick to respond to messages, and was able to reschedule the job when another part of our renovations were held up. Would 100% recommend.

    Rob is completely genuine, trustworthy and very good at what he does. He’s will go out of his way to help you and even go that extra mile. Completed 2 jobs for us (one extending to our neighbouring property) and excellent job both times. Highly recommend and will definitely be using again for any further pointing that’s needed for our property and recommending to friends.

    Rob was highly skilled, took great pride in his work, did everything thoroughly and worked quickly. He was also courteous and kind, several times going above and beyond. Communication was good and they did all they could to get the job done ASAP despite weather and other issues. The resulting job is superb and the rate was very reasonable. I'm very happy. Delighted to recommend him to others. Several people have commented on the quality of the work since. It was ground out so deeply that I am hopeful that it will last well beyond the guarantee.
