    After going on Check a Trade for a Locksmith, Scott Palmer proprietor of Safe and Sound Locksmiths replied within minutes. I stated what the problem was and scheduled a visit. Scott arrived early and was very polite and courteous, he diagnosed the problem and stated that new parts would have to be ordered, he gave me a quote for the job in hand not an estimate. The price he quotes is what you pay. No money is asked for upfront, Scott wants you to be satisfied and pay when job is completed. Returned next morning Excellent job. Very competitive price Superb company, Highly recommended

    I had an issue with my lock catching when opening my front door. Someone came around initially free of charge and established the issue. The issue was then fixed a couple of days later and the door has worked perfectly since. I would definitely recommend for any lock issues you have!
