  Lee turned up on time to estimate the work that I wanted doing . He gave a fair price to carry out the work. After a few days he returned with new glass panels and fitted a them . Lee kept in touch with me regarding arrival times . This is definitely the company to use .

  Lee responded very quickly to my Checkatrade request for help. He arrived the same afternoon and would have completed the repair then, but realised it was more complicated than initially thought and at 5 metres high which required his longest ladder. However he returned the next day, removing the gutter, replacing the broken joint and clips, and completing the repair quickly, leaving no mess. Despite the extra work he only requested money for the original estimate, which was very good value. He was cheerful and helpful throughout, and I would certainly recommend him to others.

• fitting 6 new windows, patio door and back door

  Lee was really helpful on the phone from the start, and was able to give us a few days at short notice. We had measured and bought the windows and doors ourselves and Lee let us know straight away that they did not fit the apertures and that he would have to modify the walls and sills. He came up with immediate solutions to the issues caused by us measuring wrong that in the end looked far better than what we had planned. No issues fazed Lee-he was solution-focussed and really skilful, showing his years of experience. He worked without stopping, was professional, tidy, fast and very punctual
