    Awed came at short notice on a Saturday to look at a door lock that had suddenly stopped working. After quickly diagnosing the problem and providing me with different options, he committed to finding the right part and revisited a short time after to fit it. Stuck to his promise and timeframe so would use again. Friendly and honest about the issue and cost etc.

    Very good service, arrived promptly, provided prices straightaway and at every stage indicated what had to be done, any added cost (lock had to be partly replaced at the end). Asked if it was alright to use drill at that time (21:00) due to noise and flat being inside a building. Tried to unlock door first without damaging the lock itself, and when this was not possible he reduced damage to front piece (less costly for me). It's the second time I'm using this locksmith and I'll use them again if I need to because they're professionals and give you peace of mind.

The company has been trading since February 2018.

We offer an emergency locksmith service to all customers within the London area.

No call-out charge.

We are here to keep all our customers happy and safe wherever they are. Our aim is to reassure our customers in what's often a challenging/stressful situation for them, providing them with the security they need.
