  • Rectifying leaks in Edwardian House Roof

    Sam inspected the leak site from inside the loft and showed us video of the damage, including to wood and roof lining. Other leaks into the loft were later revealed. The team eventually removed tiles from one side of a gable, replacing batons and lining, rebedding the ridge tiles, retiling mostly with the old and a few replacement new tiles. At each point Sam briefed us and we saw photographs and video. He was friendly and courteous throughout. They replaced sections of gutter that had been accidentally damaged and cleared everything away immaculately.

    We had a problem with a wall getting soaking wet every time it rained. After a number of roofers couldn't work out what the problem was, we were delighted when Sam immediately told us what was going on. He was very professional and friendly. Throughout the project Sam was always contactable. He answered all of my many questions and was very reassuring. Sam's team were efficient, hard working and friendly and did a very professional job.
