Complete flat tidy up (paint/decorate/floors etc)
10Verified ReviewSam worked hard to turn around a thoroughly worn out flat to be ready for sale. Complete redecoration, new flooring throughout and lots of other small things (door replacement, towel rail replacement, fixing up broken kitchen units and more). Basically restored the place to how it looked before (agent's words changed from 'dated' kitchen and bathroom to 'modern') without doing major renovation. Came when he said he would and stayed to quoted price. Would recommend.

We initially approached him about one task but it turned out that he could arrange for all the required work himself to save us having to source other tradesman. This was invaluable.
