  We would highly recommend using Sanderson Heating. He came out the very next day after we listed we were having issues with our bolier. Even though it turned out to be slightly trickier than anticipated the job was done professionally and to a high standard. Happy with cost too.

• Emergency boiler repair and service

  I needed a gas engineer who was able to come out ASAP due to our boiler not working and Callum was the first person I came across who could come that day. He arrived 4 hours after I called after finishing the job he was already doing. Identified the potential problem before even looking in the boiler (common fault with our boiler type) and was able to fix it straight away. We needed another part to restore the smart heating, which he returned the following day to fit. Very reasonably priced. Would recommend and will use again.

• Boiler removal and new cylinder

  As I put my needs into check trade, Sanderson Heating contacted me immediately and asked if they could come the next morning. Callum was here bright and early to look at our boiler. Told us what the problem was and gave us a couple of options to think about. Once we decided, he contacted us that he could get a cylinder in for us the next day. We were so impressed because we thought we would be without hot water for several days with parts and a time slot availability. Callum worked all day to get us up and running again. They are over the top in service, communication and kindness.

• Radiators not getting hot

  Great communication, and explanation of what may be the issue. Balanced the radiators and waited for them to heat up, asked for me to follow up with him in a week to ensure it’s resolved. Very polite and professional.
