    Excellent experience all the way through - very good communication about time frame for doing things and extremely helpful with advice about products etc. We were away for most of the time that the work was being done but completely trusted Isaac and his team to do the work as we'd asked. Where there was any doubt, text messages rapidly sorted things.

    Mitch and Isaac began work on time and did a fantastic job which was completed within the projected timescales. I was fully informed throughout the process of any unforeseen issues and both men worked hard, eventually creating a beautiful wet room as promised. Both men are excellent craftsmen with polite dispositions, both being a pleasure to have in my home. Any unforeseen issues were dealt with without fuss or complaint and all within the quote provided. (It’s great when there are no nasty surprises!) I would call on them again without hesitation and have booked them to refurb my kitchen ??
