10We have been having continual issues with mould and dampness in one of our tenanted properties. Despite our best efforts, we could not get to the cause of the problem. We called SAMS, and Tony attended the property a couple of days later. Tony completed a full and thorough survey of the property, and we quickly received an extraordinarily comprehensive and in-depth report with the cause identified and recommendations to solve the issue permanently. Tony will be carrying out the work to solve the issue in the near future. Thanks SAMS, the tenant is happy and so are we.
