• Boiler issue and strip down boiler service

  Surprisingly struggled to find a gas safe registered trades-person to do a boiler check and strip down boiler service for our Ideal boiler until Dan contacted us. Our boiler was working fine however there was a helicopter noise at times. Dan asked all the right questions on the phone call then advised he could do the service that week, which was reassuring news. Work was completed quickly and tidily with Dan explaining other areas that may need attention in future. Already scheduled Dan to look a further work and to do the annual service.

  Called Dan on the day, even having a jammed day he took time to come over to take a look and fix it straight the way. He took the time to explain everything what had happened as well as other questions Im thinking about in the future regarding upgrades. Professional/fair pricing/reliable/knowledgeable.. what else do you need? I think hes going to be my go to plumber guy from now on!
