  Craig was very courteous and friendly, very punctual, and advised us immediately of possible problems with a planned larger job, which was most helpful and which potentially saved us a great deal of money and inconvenience, and which no-one else had mentioned. Everything installed with no major problems, even where access was difficult, and very tidy in his work. Actually turns up at the time he promises! Will definitely use him again and would strongly recommend him to others.
