  I put a shoutout on checkatrade and within minutes I had a message back from Paul. It was late at night he was fantastic. We discussed the issue and within 36 hours the full survey was done and emailed over to me following a verbal sign off. Luckily we were asbestos free - however Paul had a plan in place either way. I was on holiday when the issue first came to light and Paul was brilliant and liased with the estate agent to collect keys etc. Couldn’t recommend enough. Great work and great service. It was a real life saver in what could have been a complete mine field. Thanks Paul!
