    I had several damp specialist companies come and a survey/quote and found Richard at SBS to provide the best quote. Not only that, Richard also noticed things that the other companies didn't, and these were the underlying issues that was causing the damp in the first place. Richard went above and beyond for us, the work was carried out to a high standard, the floors were mopped and cleaned, very neat and tidy. Richard identified what needed to be done to prevent the damp happening, where as the other companies just advised to do a DPC and treat the walls. Would highly recommend.
