  We’ve just had our back boiler upgraded to a combi boiler by Joe and Jack from Scofi. Their attention to detail and quality of workmanship is second to none.
Pre installation, organising a quote from Scott was easy. He made available to us three boiler options (high, mid, low price range) which I found really helpful to compare and research. 
Confirming and finding a suitable installation date was painless and easy too. Mags was easy to contact and very friendly. She was happy to answer any questions via phone or email. 
Overall I am so happy with the choice I made by going ahead with Scofi.

  We have used Scofi Plumbing and Heating for all related works at our property and have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them. Both their engineers and office staff have been kind, courteous and attentive and have been absolutely brilliant in getting the property to modern standards. We are now moving onto the next stage of our projects and have arranged for them to come again which minded me to write this review. Highly recommended.

  Every person at Scofi I dealt with has been absolutely lovely. Scott came to give us an initial quotation for a new boiler, kindly explaining differences in products (new home owner here). He was not patronising, enthusiastic, and very knowledgeable. Magdalen was also great and detail-oriented, working with our small budget brilliantly. The heating engineers who came to do the work were all tidy, careful, diligent, and polite. Not the cheapest or priciest quotation we had but the service has been excellent and I would recommend them extremely highly for any plumbing or heating needs.

• Boiler Service

  Scofi installed new boiler a year ago. Installation was sound and the has performed perfectly . Support and communication from SCOFI has been first class and the first annual boiler service was initiated by them (it was my choice to accept them to carry out the work) This was completed by engineer Oliver. Very efficient. Having installed central heating many years ago I recognised and understood what was being done and how the work was conducted. Additional minor but important modification to installation identified by engineer (a good hour or more work) at no extra cost. A good company.
