  I contacted Ryan and Callum for a quote and got an almost immediate response and they visited not long after when they said they would and they were on time. Once we accepted the quote they got to work and did a brilliant job. They took photos along the way in order to explain what they had done. They were very punctual, reliable, friendly and polite yet professional. I feel they also gave an honest opinion on other potential jobs. Some people would tell us to do this, do that even if it didn’t need doing so I appreciated their honesty.

• Chimney stack repoint , lead work and repoint verge

  We suspected that we had problem with water getting in via one of our chimney stacks . We contacted Callum and Ryan and they turned up when they said they would . They investigated the issue and helpfully talked us through, with the aid of photos they had taken, what the issues were and what the solution would be . A written estimate on what would be done was provided by the next day . We agreed to go ahead with the work . All the work was undertake as agreed , including a 25 year guarantee . Callum and Ryan were professional, polite, tidy and friendly and we would recommend them .

  The lads came when they said they would to have a look and measure, within the hour of them leaving I had a very fair price compared to other scandalous quotes I’d had. The job took 2 days and throughout I was overall happy with the workmanship and professionalism, not to mention how good the job looked. 10/10 all around and would definitely recommend.

• Chimney leak and flashing replacement

  Ryan and Cal spent a good hour during quotation identifying and explaining what they were checking (after 3 previous roofers had been and been unconvinced with the cause). They spent time on the roof, inside the loft and inside the house trying to diagnose. After I appointed them they turned up promptly, carried out the job to a high standard with minimal fuss, and left the area as they found it. Ryan walked me through the job with pictures showing their progress, which I found really helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Thanks
