    Very pleased with the work done by Scope Innovations. We'd had problems with our home's drainage which was causing flooding in heavy rain. Scope ran a comprehensive camera survey and identified several issues which they resolved, including the installation of new soakaways. The drains are working well now with no more flooding. Their team was highly professional throughout and the cost reasonable.

    My first encounter was with Nathan to whom I explained that my storm water drain was not functioning properly. He promptly dispatched an engineer to investigate. The engineer carried out a thorough examination including a CCTV survey (the only company that did this before submitting a quote!) and discussed with me the various options to fix the problem - tree root ingress. Nathan then submitted a competitive quote and promised a day for the work to be done (14days later). Because of my age he also gave me a generous OAP discount. The engineers (Sam and Jesse) were polite and hard working.

    Nathan and Steve were incredibly helpful and efficient. They arrived within 30 minutes of my initial call (late on a Friday afternoon!), quickly identified the problem, clearly explained the solution, and solved the issue within 45 minutes. They even explained what other work I can get done free via the water board. And nice chaps, to boot. No hesitation in recommending them.
