  • Refurbish a large old house

    This was are large project involving removing an internal wall and floor, making good an exterior wall, inserting 2 beams, altering a window, repairing chimney, brickwork and roof tiles, plus repainting. At all times, we had total confidence in Sam, he was polite, tidy and kept us informed at all times. His work was as we asked for and the whole project exceeded our own expectations.

Alterations were gladly accommodated and the schedule of works was always clearly defined. It was reassuring to know Sam was on top of it all. Hi my name is Sam and I’m the owner of SD Construction, by trade I’m a bricklayer but have many skills working the construction industry with over 16 years experience in the industry. 


I’ve worked for many companies big and small from building small extension to multi million pound structures. I have a wealth of experience and knowledge second to none. 


SD Construction has only been trading for the last 13 months and making strides, from building small garden walls the extension on properties. I pride myself on putting the customer first and producing high quality work.
