    Stephane of SDG has successfully seen us through an extraordinarily complicated set of interrelated heating issues in our flat. From addressing a troublesome boiler, insufficient and malfunctioning valves for underfloor heating as well as leaking pipes and extensive investigative work to determine the ultimate source of longstanding insufficient heat, Stephane has been immediate and beyond courteous, thorough, responsible and knowledgeable in his attention to our heating issues. Most importantly he got to the root of every problem and we now have a warm flat! I can’t recommend him enough.

    Stephan arrived at the time agreed. He was very knowledgeable and explained what he was doing and any issues we may face along the way. He did more than I was expecting from him and it was very much appreciated. He cleaned up any mess created and once job was completed, he double checked his work before he left and explained to me the little maintenance practices I could do myself to keep up the lifespan of my boiler and the radiators running efficiently.
