Rather than book an appointment for a call out Steve went out of his way to call me twice and talk me through adjusting the pressure of my boiler and that was needed to fix it. I was blown away by his courtesy as he didn’t need to take the time to help me without a call out but he did. Thanks Steve! 10/10 service and will definitely be coming to SDR should I have any issues in the future!

10Simon arrived at exactly the time he said he would. He got straight to work and installed two double sockets for me in my office exactly where I wanted it. Quality of work was great, left the place as it was on arrival and even helped me changed a couple of switches with broken springs. Would recommend

He’s been great from providing accurate quotes early on, to turning my amateur plans of where we wanted every switch and socket into reality. Clearly takes pride in his work and adapted well in a dynamic project. Very happy with his service which involved a week or two on site for the rewire and numerous smaller visits to second fix and work around other trades (kitchen fitter etc).
