    We thought the gearbox mechanism had collapsed. Dave from SDS came and his assessment was it was a defective spring. He had to fetch a spring and door handles but he informed us on progress. He also oiled and serviced the rest of the door mechanism. The overall cost was less than initial estimate. Dave was courteous and friendly. Would use SDS again. Highly recommended.
