  Andy installed a radiator for us in our downstairs toilet, and from start to finish has been professional and great to deal with. The work carried out has been spot on and was completed in a timely manner. I'd definitely recommend SEG Plumbing and Heating Services, and we'll certainly be using Andy again for any future plumbing work.

  Really friendly, courteous and professional experience. I had loads of questions for Andrew which he was happy to walk me through. The work all looks sound. All finishing has been made good and everything looks like quality workmanship. He tidied everything away and removed all the packaging along with the old boiler. I would recommend his work and will use him for future servicing on the new boiler.

  Had a radiator fitted when we first moved into our family home in 2019. Also replaced a radiator in our hallway in 2024. Both jobs were carried out professionally and to a very high standard.   Andy was exceptionally professional from start to finish when replacing my boiler in my home. He was courteous and well mannered and explained all the options and process of the work to be carried out. I dont really like strangers in my home but he made me feel very comfortable and you wouldnt have believed any work had been carried out due to his cleanliness. Im extremely happy with the service andy has provided and asked him for quotes on a tap replacement in both the kitchen and bathroom which he is going to pursue for me in the next week. I have already reccomended him to neighbours !
