Air conditioning needed in the loft

On the day of installation they arrived early and got straight on with things. I was really impressed with the whole process from start to finish. They were professional, worked hard and left no mess whatsoever. I couldn’t be happier!!! I would definitely recommend then to friends and family.

Sensible Cooling gave us options and discussed possibilities to help us to achieve an answer to both problems. The technicians were professional, courteous and very knowledgable about the product they have provided. The room itself was left spotlessly clean and the outside very neat and tidy.

10Verified ReviewLee was fantastic from the outset. He gave us options based on what we wanted and listened to us to advise us the best way possible. Through the installation process he would be checking in to ensure we were happy and check in if anything cropped up. He cleaned up after himself which you don’t often find traders do. After installation he spent time to explain how the units work and helped install the app and set up on the phone which was a great deal of help for my parents. My parents are very happy with the work carried out and would strongly recommend Lee to others. Thanks Lee!

10Sensible Cooling has just installed air conditioning in my home and could not be more pleased. After reading the reviews about this firm, I contacted Lee and he, as other reviewers have said, talked me through the whole process, advised and organised the best system to suit my requirements. 10Verified ReviewI can't recommend Lee enough. Him and the team were professional, tidy, EXCELLENT value, and did such an amazing job installing our multi split unit system. My wife started a joke when I was first investigating installers (Lee didn't know this bit - I had had 4 surveys, 6 quotes done, and this was after painful amounts of self-research as I'm obsessive with this kind of stuff...) about "whether he was sensible." But then Lee shows up for the survey, and my wife says "he actually seemed really sensible!" All through the install she kept mentioning how courteous and tidy their work was.
