Our cellar has been particularly troublesome with frequent flooding and damp issues, Paul explained every step of the way what was required before and during the work. Communication was first class, emails and messages answered almost straight away, nothing was too much trouble. Mess was kept to an absolute minimum and all rubbish was removed. It’s great to finally have a dry cellar and we can’t thank him enough. Excellent service, highly recommend ****

The area was always left clean, tidy and safe each day. He even engaged well with my 2 year old, giving him a large cardboard tube to play with (the best Christmas present ever!)
