A pipe started leaking into the flat below, so I was panicking a bit about getting it fixed. Serviceteam were excellent. The online request form was easy to use. They responded to my request by phone immediately, advising that they could diagnose the problem from a photo id uploaded, to save on call-out costs. They kept in touch over WhatsApp, providing reassurance and even giving advice on how to turn off the water! The engineer came sooner than noted, and fixed everything in 15 minutes! Leaving everything as it was before. Quick, efficient, reassuring, polite - couldn’t be more pleased.
