8.5Verified ReviewThey were brilliant at coming out quickly on a Sunday night to stop my smoke alarms ringing non-stop. However, in the process, they cancelled the instructions on my electric garage door so that it didn't shut, except manually. They said they'd return the next afternoon to replace the smoke alarms and fix the garage door but it was five days before someone returned for the garage door which I still can't open from the outside. As for the smoke alarms, despite various phone calls and emails, they haven't returned and I still have no working smoke alarms 3 weeks later.
