He patiently answered all of my questions and arrived on time , doing the necessary work quickly and efficiently and disposing of all waste. I had another grossly over-inflated quote for the work that I discussed with him and am so glad that I went with him.

• Slate Roof Replacement

  Steve did a fantastic job on replacing the complete slate roof on our property and rear extension. He worked to a very high standard a could not fault anything. A lovely honest man who kept us informed all the time. He also installed a new Velux window. Lambeth Building Control were happy with his work and was signed off. The Solar panels were installed after he had finished and commented on the quality of his workmanship. My wife and I can’t recommend him enough and happy for to speak to anyone to confirm this is a genuine review. Thank you S Evans Roofing for a five star service! ?????????

• Replaced ridge tiles

  Steve is a true gentleman, he is extremely polite and courteous. He kept me informed of his availability and stuck to his word. He provided a timescale to complete the work and completed well in advance. He noticed a few additional damaged roof tiles and replaced those as he was completing the ridge tiles. Left area clean and tidy.

  Steve and Nathan carried out 2 full re roofs for me after installation of mansard loft conversions. The work was carried out to an outstanding level with warranty on both roofs. They are very easy to get along with and flexible to my needs as a builder I couldn't recommend them enough

  I was selling and buying property and S Evans visited both homes to give an assessment and estimate of the necessary work. As soon as Stephen started talking I knew this was the firm I wanted to use - he was so knowledgeable about the materials and workmanship and the potential lifespan of the roof. Unlike other companies, the assessment from S Evans was extremely honest and realistic about what genuinely needed to happen - as opposed to seeking to replace the entire roof. One of the houses is in a conservation area and they even looked at all of the neighbouring properties to match materials.
