• Increase the width of an existing Patio door opening

  Seb and his team showed up as planned, and worked very well and did an excellent job of removing the patio doors and increasing the opening ready for the new sliding doors. The internal picture shows their work to rebuild around the new lintel, and on the outside all the brickwork was replaced carefully and looks great. They kept to the original timeline by working through some very challenging weather. Always pleasant and did a really good job. Would call on Seb again for any building work. He and his team are reliable and highly competent.

  So this was the first job that I’ve actually hired someone for, on My Builder. To say I was skeptical would be a bit of an understatement. I’ve been let down multiple times in the past and got into the mind set that if something is too good to be true, it usually is, but not this time. Seb was fantastic from start to end and I can’t stress that enough. Nothing was too much trouble. Didn’t matter what time of day or night (and I did message him at night on occasions) he always got back to me within a couple of minutes. He really is a top, nice genuine fella, cheers Seb!

  Met with a number of builders before deciding to go with SHD Steel Services (Seb). Really liked Seb from the moment we me him and after receiving the quote we decided to go ahead. Within weeks he and his team were ready to start, right at the time we were going on holiday for two weeks! We were a little nervous not being here but we needn’t have been because Seb sent us pictures and videos every day; he communicated with us throughout the whole process. Seb is an excellent builder who really cares about his clients; the work has been outstanding and we are over the moon with the end result.

  Seb and his team were absolutely brilliant!. Excellent communication skills that is always appreciated to help us clients understand the process. The job was done within the time frame stipulated and the price was fair. I am now waiting for a my new doors and window to arrive.
